This past weekend I was spending some quality time with my girlfriend as well as my buddy and I decided to go on a long hike together.

How was I staying so hot wearing a dress as well as tights? That’s when I told him about all the pressing lessons I had learned working at my past job. I used to be employed in a building with the worst indoor air temperature control on the planet. In fact, it was actually the most uncomfortable venue I have ever been. The central cooling system seems like it was on all the time. In the dead of Summer, the building was excruciatingly cold as they can batted the hot outdoor rapidly changing temperatures. In the winter, the building was just as cold. It felt as if the furnace wasn’t an option. Since I had to report to this building everyday, as well as rest silently in the silly cold air, I got pretty fantastic at dressing warmly. I knew how to layer up my body as well as provide extra heat internally, even if the external control component was unreasonably low. Compared to the indoor air quality at my ancient job, our hike felt toasty warm.
