I will be done with all of my work this week in about an hour or so, and after that I get to just play and have fun with my friends on the coast.
There is something magical about the sea and being near it, and I try to get out there every day so I get my dose of nature and friend time.
I’ve met some fun characters on the beach over the past 31 years that I have been playing volleyball and would prefer another 19 years so I can call it an even 50 years of playing. The local company helped me a lot last summer time when I thought my knees were done with the athletic interest. He got me doing these leg exercises that really help the pain subside in my knees so that I could keep playing ball. I also need good knees for laboring on radiant radiant floors for the bossman, and will need them to be good for about six more years before I can call it quits. If I can put in a few more years of work I can have enough currency from SS benefits to relax and not work these long 15 hour workweeks anymore, they are grueling to say the least! I have a great cooling company boss and the task is stable, so I should be able to glide for a few more years as an Heating and A/C worker and make it to that golden age of 62. Then I can work maybe just a few hours a week doing something online and my bills are covered.
