For some reason my room in the condo building is the coldest room.
It is the coldest room in our apartment.
For this reason I wish my buddy and I had a Zone control technology with our control unit. Having zone control technology would actually take care of the issue of my room. I am not even sure why my room gets so cold. It does have a rather big window in it. There must be air coming from that window that I have in my room. However Zone control technology would take care of that. For zone control technology my buddy and I will have a control unit in each room, and my room will control the air only in my room. So I can make the air quality in my room much better. I can make the room cooler if I wanted it. I can also make the room warmer if I wanted it. In this case I shall easily make the room much warmer than it is now. It seems like this back end of the condo gets no heat. The other parts of the condo are very warm. In my room, it does not get the heat. I suppose my buddy and I may also need to check that there are no leaks in the HVAC ducts behind our walls If there is a whole or a leak in the HVAC ducts behind our walls that could lead to a very freezing room as well. I am hoping that is not the case because it would be a easily big fix. If only I could manage to get zone control technology in this condo everything would be particularly perfect.
