My wifey & I rent a small home in Chicago, IL.
For years my friend and I had been trying to buy the place from our landlord.
My enjoyable friend and I desperately wanted to make the home ours. The guy is unwilling to sell. I get it. He makes a mint renting out in Chicago, IL. My enjoyable friend and I paid top dollar for the location. Now that it has been a few years, I am blissful that my friend and I don’t own the site. I now know everything that is wrong with it. The floor in the lavatory is shot & needs to be redone. There is a bit of moisture disfigurement on the ceiling. There is a tree in the backyard that is going to fall on the home someday. Most recently my friend and I have been dealing with an AC repair. My wifey has called our landlord several times about our Chicago AC repair. The guy hasn’t done anything about it. I assume he knows my friend and I are moving out soon. So why repair the AC if my friend and I are leaving in the winter? Seems shady to me. My wife thinks he might have the repair. He thinks our outdoor air compressor to the system is slightly off-center. It is tilted to the side so all the coolant is rushing to one end. That way when the air blows in the system, no refrigerant is getting blown over it. So the air isn’t being called. With a few cement blocks, my wife thinks he can repair it. I definitely hope that is what our Chicago, IL AC repair is. I don’t want to go a whole summer time without cooling.
