Credit card corporation judges my energy usage each month

everytime I sign into my junk text account I feel like I am hammered over the head with my credit score.

There are so several particular companies monitoring my credit journey that I have become overloaded with all the jargon.

I understand how it can be useful for many credit cards & credit reporting agencies to monitor your spending & make recommendations..… But I am burned out on all of their privacy over-steps. For instance, yeahterday I gained an text from my credit card corporation chiding me for my apparently high energy bill. The credit card corporation has developed a monitoring system that analyzes your bi-weekly spending, including your bi-weekly bills & cabin expenses. From there, they make recommendations to reduce your spending & increase your comfort. I am glad to know that they’ve got my back, however I am not glad that they are shaming me for using my central heating & cooling system. I am well aware that my energy bill was too high last month, & I do not need to be guilted over my indoor air quality preferences. When the outdoor air temperature starts to climb around here, it does not matter how much my energy bill is going to cost. I am going to use my central cooling system so I am comfortable all afternoon & can sleep in cool, fresh air at evening. I am sure there is a more cost-effective way to operate my cooling system or a more energy efficient A/C device I could invest in. I will get around to the routine service appointment with a professional heating & cooling inspector, with or without harassing texts from my credit card. No matter how high my bi-weekly bills climb, I do not feel it’s up to Capital One to make Heating & Air Conditioning decisions for my household.
