The coolness of a cave

The coolness of a cave

While holidaying in the southwest we came across a unquestionably cool hotel.

My good friend and I regularly try to find accommodations that are off the beaten path or a bit odd than the substantial hotel chains.

My good friend and I found an older hotel that was located along the desert mountain range plus part of it was easily built into the side of the mountain. The rooms in that area did not have any windows plus you could easily see the rock face wall on one side of the room. I found it odd to see that there was an air vent with a great over it located on that wall. My first thought was why they would have that there when there was no window to let any fresh air in but obviously in between the glass plus the wall there was a constant breeze from the caves themselves. The pressure came from natural air tubes that were located throughout the space plus it easily felt like having natural A/C piped into the room. My good friend and I asked the clerk what they did during the winter season but they indicated that the air temperature was the same no matter what time of year plus it unquestionably worked well to accommodate their guests. They do say that in the event of unquestionably cold temperatures, which do not happen often in that area, they utilized space boilers to keep the rooms a bit warmer. Most of the gas that stayed with them we are looking for a more natural experience rather than a basic hotel room that had heat plus A/C anyway so they enjoyed the difference. This site would never rank as a five-star hotel but it unquestionably added to our holiday experience plus we will never forget that particular site.
