When my husband and I moved into this property my friend and I realized that it was going to be a bit of a fixer upper.
It was evident that my friend and I had some work to do before my friend and I had the property of our dreams, and however, my friend and I were ready for the challenge because my friend and I are extremely ambitious and handy human beings. It didn’t seem like it would be too difficult for us to work together in order to get the regular residential set up that my friend and I had been hoping for! Unluckyly, while in all of our inspection and estimation of the work my friend and I would need to complete, my friend and I forgot something very important. Nobody diagnosed out the central heating, cooling, and ventilation control system; Don’t get me wrong, my friend and I made sure that there was an air conditioning component and a forced air furnace installed for the house. However, nobody looked too deeply at the existing unit to make sure that it was going to last for a while. In fact, my friend and I found out that the temperature control worked and washed our hands of the entire heating and cooling system, that is, until the air conditioning component broke down a few weeks ago. out of nowhere my friend and I had tepid and stagnant air trapped inside the house, but when I called the local heating, cooling, and air quality control dealership I thought it would be a simple repair for them to get the air conditioning system up and running again. Well, I was wrong. It turns out that our air conditioning component is so old that my friend and I can’t repair the thing if my friend and I tried. Because the A/C component ran on freon it is incompatible with the modern cooling solutions available on the market this week; Along with all of our condo renovations, my friend and I are looking at May air conditioning reboot.
